Umatilla Tribal Police
The Umatilla Tribal Police Department is a modern, progressive,
full service law enforcement agency. Through teamwork and involvement,
our community is a safer place to live, work and play. Leadership
provided by members of the Police Department increases community
involvement and the prevention of criminal activity. As an organization,
the values, integrity and mutual support, we will achieve a level
of excellence making our department one that citizens will be
proud of.
The Department is comprised of 15 sworn police officers and 5
civilian staff. We provide 24-hour, 7-days a week services to
the community. Our Communications Division handles dispatch services
to the Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services. Officers
are all federal commissioned, state certified police officers
within the State of Oregon.
